Join Rachel Casson at Shaw Lane Sports Centre, and work within the altered states of consciousness for trance mediumship.

You will each have the opportunity to find a closer blending and attunement, a space will be created where you can learn to trust, let go and flow with your spirit teams working with trance control, trance healing, the power of a loved one and for trance communication/speaking.

Exercises will be tailored to your current level of development. All levels of experience are welcome.
