1. Nature of Services
All sessions, events, workshops and demonstrations with Pietro Politano are spiritual in nature.
No specific outcome, message, or result can be guaranteed. Sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in spiritual services.
2. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to the Refunds & Cancellations section below for full details regarding transfers, cancellations and discretionary refunds.
4. Safeguarding & Wellbeing
If you are currently under psychiatric care, receiving treatment for significant mental health difficulties, or experiencing severe emotional distress, you are encouraged to seek guidance from your GP or qualified healthcare professional before booking.
Pietro reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or decline a session if he believes it would not be appropriate or in the client’s best interests to continue.
5. Right to Refuse Service
Pietro reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or reschedule any session or event at his discretion if circumstances arise that make it inappropriate to proceed.
Where applicable, refunds will be issued at his discretion.
6. Recording Policy
Audio or video recording is not permitted at any session, event, workshop, demonstration, or private reading.
Handwritten notes may be taken for personal use only.
7. Age Restriction
All attendees and clients must be aged 18 or over. By booking on behalf of others, you confirm that all members of your party meet this requirement.
8. Data Protection
Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of managing bookings and delivering services. Information will be handled in accordance with UK data protection regulations and will not be shared with third parties without lawful basis. You can read our Privacy Notice here.
Terms & COnditions
Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Wherever possible, we aim to be fair, while also protecting the time, preparation, and costs involved in holding space for your booking.

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking. If you cancel within this time, your deposit will be refunded unless your appointment takes place within those 14 days.
After the cooling-off period, deposits are non-refundable.
Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 28 days of the appointment date.If you need to cancel or request a change outside of the 28-day period, please contact us as soon as possible.

All event tickets are non-refundable.
Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend. This is the responsibility of the ticket holder.
Please note: we do not support or endorse the buying or selling of tickets via social media, as this can carry a risk of scams. We encourage attendees to take care when transferring tickets independently.

By enrolling on a course, you agree to the stated payment terms.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking, in line with your statutory rights. If you cancel within this period, a full refund will be issued unless the course (or part of the course) has already begun, in which case a proportionate amount may be retained to cover costs already incurred.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, course fees are non-refundable.
Course deferments may be considered at our discretion. Requests must be made in writing and may be declined if:
a valid reason or supporting information is not provided, or
multiple deferments have already been requested.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of booking, in line with your statutory rights. If you cancel within this period, your deposit will be refunded unless the retreat start date falls within those 14 days.
After the cooling-off period, the deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 40 days before the retreat begins. Instalment payments are welcome, but the full balance must be cleared by this date.
If you cancel more than 60 days before the retreat start date, any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel 60 days or less before the retreat start date, no refund can be offered.
We strongly recommend taking out appropriate event or travel insurance to cover illness, cancellation, or unforeseen circumstances.
Full booking terms are provided at the time of reservation.
